Why am I not able to send a photo attachment?

can send a text message but when I attach a photo it doesn't go through.just says sending but never goes through.Any solutions?

Make sure the picture is small enough (which depends on your carrier). Also make sure that the MMS part of your APN is correct for your carrier.
