Not able to transfer any data from Samsung Galaxy S Duos 3 (SM-G313HU) to my PC with Supplied Cable

Hi,
As mentioned in subject, I am not able to transfer any data [either from device or from extra external SD memory card] from my Samsung Galaxy S Duos 3 (SM-G313HU) to my PC [images, videos etc.].

While connecting by the supplied Micro-USB Cable with PC & Mobile, the mobile is starting to get charged but at the same time, it is not recognized by "My Computer" as a device so that I also can transfer my data from the device to PC. Please let me help to resolve the issue with suggestion.

I'm using Windows-7 as OS. I also tried Samsung Kies software for the same but Kies also not detecting any USB device, i.e. mobile even after connecting with the cable ! I have 3 USB 2.0 Ports & 2 USB 3.0 Ports, neither one is detecting !

Make sure you have the appropriate drivers installed. If you do, uninstall then reinstall and try again. If there is still an issue try a wireless solution, such as wifi file explorer. Let us know how it goes.

Yes, I already checked regarding driver issues ... Device Manager confirms that I have latest drivers installed for my USB connection. Btw, is there any specific driver needed to "activate" this data cable ?
I have also installed "Samsung-Usb-Driver-v1.5.45.0" & "SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones" but with no results !
[the device uses Kitkat 4.4.2]
Wifi option looks like a bit complex to me :-[
I just can't able to understand, why the device is not recognising via data cable ... it's a simple plug-n-play type system after all !
