Why am I receiving MMS Delivery Report Notifications on my Galaxy Gear 2?

I'm using the Textra messing app on an AT&T Galaxy Note 4. I am receiving wanted notifications when I receive a text (SMS and MMS). Notifications for the stock messaging app are turned off and the app itself is turned off as well.

Within the Gear manager app, notifications are turned off for the stock messaging app.

I still keep getting three annoying Delivery Reports on my Gear 2 every time I send a group message (yes, three times for each person in the group) and every time I send a picture. These notifications do not show up in the notifications app on the Gear 2, however. Which leads to believe it may be turned off elsewhere.

Also, I have used the Google Hangouts app (for SMS) and the stock messaging app and there are no Delivery Reports when using those other messaging apps.

Anybody have this problem or any ideas how to disable this?

For Hangouts, you need to go into the GM, Notifications, Manage Notifications (Notifications must be toggled to ON), scroll down to Hangouts. It should be checked. Other than that, i can't help.

Looks like it is just Textra I did some troubleshooting and switched to Chomp momentarily ND it isn't doing it with chomp

So Textra is the root of this pain the arse problem? I absolutely hate the constant delivery reports.
