Why am I unable to access the camera?

Unable to access camera

Hello all,
Have a Samsung S5 Active and today my battery was getting low so I turned on Ultra Power Saving mode. Once I found a charger I attempted to go back and turn that feature but instead it stayed in ultra power saving mode. So I restarted the phone and when it repowered, about 15 apps were deleted off the phone. Since then I went and re-enabled, but only thing missing is my camera icon. Nowhere in my phone can I find the app to open it up. I even tried opening it from the lock screen to no avail. I have been trying to install new camera apps but I keep getting Error 501.

Not sure if I should do a factory reset or what. Much help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums. You can try a factory reset. That is an option. Another option is to take it to a local Best Buy. Some of them have Samsung centers that may be able to help as well.
