Why am I unable to add previously installed apps to my wishlist on my Galaxy S4?

[samsung galaxy s4] can't add previously installed apps to wishlist?

On the same note, the google play store on my computer shows all of the apps ive ever had as installed, and I have:

uninstalled the apps already,
cleared the cache and data of google play store and download manager,
removed the apps from the installed and my apps list in the play store

What other options do I have? Has anyone solved this issue?

Welcome to Android Central! I believe the Wishlist is only for apps you've never installed before. If you've installed them before, you've essentially "purchased" them (even if they were free), and they're always available to you to reinstall, so there's no real reason for them to be on the Wishlist.

Your Play Store website on the computer will show all apps you've ever installed. I'm not sure if there's any way to remove that information on the website--only the app.
