Why am I unable to answer or cancel incoming calls on my S7 Edge?

[AC Question]

I cannot answer or cancel incoming calls on my s7 edge

My phone rings but screen doesn't change so I don't know who is calling nor can I answer or reject it. Have turned phone on and off and didn't work.

Does everything else work on your device? You can try entering recover mode, and wiping the cache partition, though its worth a shot, I think your problem lies elsewhere. let us know if cache clearing works.
