Unable to connect to this Entertainment Network site. It is refusing to accept my e mail address and my password. It will not let me cancel and reinstate a new password. Trying to get Technical Support from Sony has sent me in circles all day and they keep putting me through to Playstation Support. Nightmare, can anyone help me with a direct helpline number or some advice.
