Why am I unable to copy photos or videos from Samsung G3 to computer?

Cannot copy photos or videos from Samsung G3 to computer

In the past I could use the USB, connect to computer and transfer my images. Now I am unable to do that? Why?

Welcome to Android Central! Samsung Galaxy S3 or Note 3? Or LG G3?

When you connect via USB, do you see the USB connection notification on the phone? Swipe down and tap it, and make sure MTP is selected.

If you don't see the USB notification, then try a different USB cable, or a different USB port.
