Why am I unable to delete individual downloaded files on my Sam Tab2 7.0.?

Unable to delete individual down loaded files on sam tab2 7.0.

I have 5 files downloaded on my tablet. They are "other downloads" not "internet". How do I save 1 and delete the other 4?
