Why am I unable to download apps from the Play Store?

Unable to download apps from play store

Whenever i try to download any app from play store i recieve the following error in notifications

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't help, then go to Settings>Accounts and remove your Google account completely. Then add it back again.

Also make sure you have a valid form of payment associated with your Play Store account.

I am using samsung s duos 2.
Yes it happens both on wifi and mobile data
