Why am I unable to get Google Play Store?

i am an able to get google play sotore..

i am using GS3 i got an eror .The process com.google.process.gapps has stopped .
after this i diid factory reset. but i am uable too get google play store.. how can i ge google play store in my device
.

Try clearing out the Google Play Store cache from your Application Manager.
