Why am I unable to login to AC Forums or register a new account?

[Android Central Question]

I do not remember my password from years ago, but I cannot refresh it as the links AC claims to send me do not arrive in any of my email accounts. So I have tried to register a new account --- but I am unable to for the same reason! My 3 email account are working OK on both an Android phone and a Windows PC.
