Why am I unable to receive calls?

[AC Question]

Unable to Recieve calls.

I am Using Asus Zenfone 5. Whenever someone calls me up and i pick up the call, i can't hear a damn thing what the other person is saying, but when I call them up, i can hear everything, so I am able to make calls but unable to recieve (as in i can't hear anything). Please help.

Really looking fwd for a solution. Thanks

I had a similar problem with my galaxy grand. If you have any third party call recording apps installed, uninstall it.
If that doesn't work disable Asus built in call recording feature.
Else perform a factory reset.
If it doesn't work you better visit an authorised service centre
