Why am I unable to record incoming and outgoing calls on my HTC 820G Lollipop?

HTC 820G Lollipop version not able to recording while calling or receiving...

HTC 820 g 4.4.4 working normally all call recording software but, version updated by Lollipop 5.1 same software not working... and it was Autocall recored pro ... please suggest me what is the solution
