Why am I unable to see numbers or contacts in the call history on my MOTO E?

In my MOTO E, I couldn't able to see numbers or contacts in call history.

Previously it was all ok but today suddenly after I am making a call I couldn't able to see it in my call history. The call history shows that no call have been made.
