Unable to sync Exchange emails via wifi after software upgrade

I am unable to sync my Exchange emails via wifi after upgrading the software to 5.0.1. Can only sync via 3G/4G. Please assist. Thanks

Welcome to Android Central!

There could have been and extra security layer added for Lollipop. Try removing the exchange email account from your phone and then adding it back. Check with your IT to make sure you do it correctly..

go to settings / more networks / mobile networks / Access Point Names / select top APN / copy proxy address.
go back to settings / wifi / modify current wifi config / select "show advance options" past the proxy address in PAC URL.
and woala mail will sync over wifi and mobile network.
