Why are applications refusing to download on the new Note 4?

Applications refuse to download on new Note 4?

Hey everyone!

After waiting 2 and a half long years, I'm finally back on Android with the Note 4 (which I picked up today). However, I'm having an issue downloading apps off the play store. When I get on the page of any app (tried groupme and snapchat so far), the application freezes when I press the install button! Does anybody know how to fix it?

My carrier is Sprint and I am logged into my gmail account.

Try restarting the application and phone

clear the cache and data for Google Play Store app.

Can you tell me how? Everytime I download Pocket reader, I'll log in and then it crashes. I tried uninstaling a few times but it still doesn't work. Maybe clearing the cache will do the trick.

You should be able to do it by going to settings then applications then click on the app. Clear cache will be an option.
