Why are apps not installing on my Note9?

[Android Central Question]

Okay, so I can download and install apps from the play store but the APK downloaded from the internet or from the galaxy store get downloaded and don't get installed. It just gets stuck on the installation screen with the cancel button also becoming unpressable. Any one have a similiar issue and/or have a fix??
