Youtube would not play videos and Maps was not working over home wifi. Chrome is working fine. I went to Google Play Store and could not update apps unless I turned wifi off. After turning wifi off and updating Youtube app over 4G, videos are playing fine. I have Verizon, so data is scarce...running Marshmallow on a Samsung Note 5. I tried clearing Play Store app cache I would rather not do a factory reset and have to reload contacts, etc. Is this a Marshmallow problem? A Verizon problem? A Samsung problem?

Update: After software update today 5-13-16, all apps were able to be updated over home WiFi.
