This topic is not just related to google ,but i think it may be why my devive has gotton so ridicolous to use -- errors and inconsistencies everywhere - i must have 40 hours spent online since Friday evening searching for answers why my android phone is just got ridiculous to use with errors
This samsung device is driving me crazy
But I have about 20 issues current in my recent app list , -
(I apologise if this is posted in the wrong section ,)

I don't have a website nor am I a developer so I can't understand why I see these robots.txt references

I may be wrong but my understanding is that the site admin placed a file on the site that provides invalid information to crawlers such as Google or Bing. If you were to do the same search on Bing you would likely see the same. They just didn't want to play nice with the search engines, or they didn't know HOW to.

Here's an FAQ on Google's developers site, the FAQ is geared toward webmasters and addresses some of what robots.txt is. https://developers.google.com/webmasters/control-crawl-index/docs/faq

Well something is causing my device have inconsistencies , so many ,, from the default browser( set by me to Internet /purple icon ) was changed ( not by me ) - and the device admin ( Kaspereny ) thinks it's set to Firefox( it Never was ) / application manager shows none is set to default same time while Kaspereny is showing firefox as set
-- OR
Inconsistent ip / ping / traceroute results
Or
Can't detect my carriers Wifi networks

Or websites keep giving me " invalid email " when I enter my perfectly VALID email into required input
To
Change in Network detected / your connection to this site is private but someone on the network may change how the page looks etc etc

I could type these madness errors for a week

It would take me hours and hours to explain but over the past few months ( as my device deteriorated ) it seemed to be connected to facebook
(When looking at browser history after getting error reports , i would see odd facebook urls etc )

Searching an particular error brought me to results where I saw a robots.txt ref
"Learn more" took me to this google webmasters page

Look at the result for searching Facebook help community recently -- content not found / change in Network detected error notification Same time ---
