Android Central Question

Over half of my apps are grey, including ones built into the phone (LG). They say they're not available when I click on them, and it's not just the shortcuts, they're gone off my phone entirely. I don't have an SD card.

Other things like messenger and bluetooth are also not working.

For the record my phone was perfectly fine, but then the new TikTok update was so slow it kept crashing, so I restarted my phone to try to fix that and all this happened.

Maybe you restarted it up in Safe Mode.

Welcome to Android Central! Which LG phone? Are you trying to open them from the homescreen or the App Drawer? Did you format an SD card as Internal Storage? (I recall that LG didn't support Adoptable storage, but I'm not sure if there was ever any kind of workaround like with Samsung phones.)
