Why are my contacts not displaying correctly?

Firstly, thank you in advance for the help! I have an S9+ running Pie. Ever since upgrading to Pie, when I call a contact that has multiple names saved to it, it never displays the name I am calling. This happens more often than not because of business as I have multiple contacts saved to the same direct line number of a certain company. For example, I might have Joe and Steve saved under xxx-xxx-xxxx (although as their own separate contact) but when you call Joe under his contact, it'll display that you are calling Steve and vice versa. Not sure how to fix this but very annoying. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Did you save all contact info to the phone or to google¿ Do you have the option to merge duplicates ¿
