Are you saying that when the headphones are connected and Media Audio is turned on in the Bluetooth settings, you still don't hear any media through the headphones? Or are you talking about using the headphones for calls?

Try delete from Bluetooth and re-pairing them again

Bingo, I had to do this from time on my S8+.

I think I've done it once on my Note 9 with those excellent AKG over-the-ear headphones they gave me with the early order. That was one of the premiums of the day. It seems to be the nature of the beast to need to re-pair occasionally.
