Why are my pictures cut off/out of canvas?

[Android Central Question]

IT is kind of complicated to explain but i'll do my best. For the last 4 montes or so... my pictures have been cut off in very specific moments.

1. When I want to place a picture as a highlight cover in instagram. When I select the final result... the picture moves by ot self and it shows me a different selection.

2. My emojies are cut off on instagram as well.

3. If I screemcap something and then I want to drop that picture... the cropped result is different than what I've selected.

Which phone ? This happening only Instagram?
