Why are my text messages showing up in my email inbox?

I just upgraded from an s5 to an s6 Edge. I set up my work email through Microsoft Exchange and now my text messages are showing up in my email inbox as well as my messaging app. Can anyone please help me turn this off so my text messages only show up in the messaging app? thanks

Go to Email > More > Settings > Click on the account (mine is called Work) > Scroll down and uncheck "Sync Messages"

Same way. Go to Settings\Applications\Email\More Settings then choose your exchange account and scroll to the bottom. Uncheck Sync Messages.
