Poor quality videos on Dropbox

I had some videos that I had taken with my S5 that I exported to Dropbox so I could view them on my Tab S. After exporting, when I went to watch them, the quality was very poor and choppy. Why? Thanks...

Were you trying to stream the video from DropBox? Did you try downloading the video from DropBox to your Tab S, then playing it that way?

I'm almost positive you were streaming from Dropbox, this is why the quality was so poor.

Yes, before the video started playing, it said something like "preparing video for streaming". Is there something else I should be doing to properly play the videos on my Tab?

Are you able to download the video from Dropbox to your device, and then play it using a video player app directly from the internal storage?
