Why are some games refusing to load past the startup screen?

I've tried all the commonly suggested troubleshooting tips for unresponsive or problematic apps (from the simple deleting cache to the drastic factory reset). Real Racing 3, Mobile Legends, and Darkness Rises are the 3 games that currently do not wish to load past the startup screen. For the most part, it seems to be caused by a server timeout. This also seems to be in no way related to my network connection, due to the fact that pubg mobile starts and runs smoothly. I'm always running the latest software and this problem has been plaguing my Galaxy S20 Ultra since approximately fall of 2020, first noticed with Mobile Legends (a game I played quite often for a couple months prior to this).
 
Do you use ad guard or antivirus application? Tell me a little bit about what you have on the phone , mostly stock , anything out ordinary installed?

I tried the malware detector apps after experiencing this issue and that has never solved found anything. I did download something called nutaku and a couple of the typical rooms and emulators but I figured the chances that there's a virus going undetected and causing this very specific problem is highly unlikely. I figured Facebook or some Google play games or play store account may be the culprit but it was so random and I figured a factory reset would fix all such causes.
 
What about making another google account and see with that if they download , maybe something with the one you currently using , just add another gmail account and use that for play store when u download those games with that and see what happens?

I have another one and I even tried it for GPG, with no success. I guess maybe I'm wondering what my options are now for diagnostics. Maybe some kind of crash test?

Yeah crash test for sure , try uninstall android webview update and test, then maybe same for play store and test , look at play services and sane thing , these are few things off top my head to try out .

Yeah it was the android webview update. How come this isn't suggested on a Google help thread or anything instead of the useless default response suggesting a factory reset or deleting cache?

There was a hot fix within in 24hrs after the big was discovered , not sure why Google didn't have it as a remedy or at least a sticky in their forums.
 
Discord app seems to be giving some trouble before and after update today, video cutting out when leaving the app, as well as similar voice issues. I've noticed voice issues for some time now, such as having to go to the voice settings for my voice to start being picked up when starting a call. Not sure what the best way to report this would be. I guess I'll try to tell discord.

You tried resetting it ? Clear its data then force stop.
