I bought it from Walmart but it came in an AT&T packageWelcome to Android Central! Where did you buy it? Directly from AT&T, or from some 3rd party like through Amazon?
I could understand AT&T applications being on a cricket phone because AT&T owns cricket but I cannot understand the smaller company apps being on AT&t's. They're still two separate companies.Welcome to AC!
They are owned by Att so there is something possible to do with that .
And what was really crazy was that the my cricket app had permissions to do everything from transferring files to turning on and off the Bluetooth to turning on and off Wi-Fi reading files and changing settings. You could also record audio video I mean there was absolutely no way to uninstall it or to disable it and it wouldn't let me take it off of using a high battery percentage. I don't think that is normal on an AT&T phone for there to be cricket apps.Welcome to AC!
