Why are there some small neon dots on my phone screen?

[Android Central Question]

Whenever I turn on my phone there are some very small coloured neon dots that show up in the corner of my screen I tried to restart my phone but it didn't work. I have a Samsung galaxy Z flip 3 and I have no idea what caused the dots to appear

Does it go away in safe mode ?

Sounds like stuck pixels, but I agree a photo of the screen would help.
