Why are thumbnail images in my gallery all black after restoring my s7?

I restored my data via samsung cloud and all my images are black and i can't seem to find them in my files aswell but there are black thumbnails showing i have photos. Only photos from my sd card are showing up.

If it were me I would contact Samsung Cloud support directly

Just guessing, look for something that gives you the option to (show thumbnails)? Maybe it download all of the device photo's on the SD card too!
