Why are uninstalled apps in my phone

[Android Central Question]

Lookout security and proffessional sound system are not showing in settings, but only on downloads, whats the catch. They seem to be causing trouble on my S8 active.

I personally don't like those type of apps your using , but open your app list so you see them ? Have you downloaded apps by APK files ?
