Why aren't any apps downloading?

Apps wont download

I had apps right before I did a factory reset and when I went to the app store on google play it said not compatible with this verison but I had the apps 15 mins before that and wont let me even try to download them. My phone is a galaxy mega.

That's weird. Try going into system settings > accounts > google. Remove your Google account then add it back. See if that fixes your problem and let us know.
