Why aren't any of my calls connecting?

calls wont connect.

Samsung galaxy s3 Calls wont connect from either end. Was told it was antenna. Is there anything else that might be problem? sim has been replaced from AT&T

I guess it could be a faulty antenna. Were you told this by a phone technician?

Is it only Phone that's affected, or other apps? Have you tried Powering Off and Restarting, also toggling Airplane Mode on and off?

Take the back off the phone.
Remove the battery.
With a small Philips screwdriver, very gently tighten all the screws you see.
Replace the battery and back.
See if that helps.
