Why aren't any of my setting working?

Settings is not working!

After updating the OS is anyone else having their phone give the message "Settings has stopped unexpectedly. Would you like to send an error report to HTC?" when they try to go into their settings? I cannot open it at all. Its being adamant its not letting me in!

First, try a Cache Partition wipe, good practice after a system upgrade.
If no go, get back to us.
