Why aren't videos able to play on my Blu phone?

video can't play

i have a BLU phone. i see for a samsung someone posted Uninstall all google+ updates in application Manager. do i do the same on a BLU. Where do i find application manager.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Google+, and Uninstall (or Uninstall Updates). Then you can reinstall it from Google Play Store if you prefer.
