i do not understand this since the day i had the note 4
allways looks more zoomed then any other camera phone.. is like autumaticily. when i open the camera (the 16 mb) is already zoomed with x 1.0 and i can't go back to 0 zoom like never...
when i zoom more it gives me 2-8 X but never can have 0 ZOOM... why is that??!!

and another question for google photos cloud - there is no sync app that can download my upload camera to the PC autumaticly as the dropbox thing...??

is there any other cloud recommanded to use to be synced with the pc too..? and if i delet photo from my device it will delet it as well from the cloud too...?

thhanks in advanced for the help!

Hi there. The reason you're seeing the pictures more zoomed in than other phones (not exactly true, but I'll give you the benefit of the perceptive doubt) is because of the lens on this phone, NOT the digital Zoom. Now, as for the 1.0x zoom, that's because you're reading it wrong. See that 'x' thing there? It means 'times'. So 1.0x reads 'Zoom 1 time'. 2.0x reads 'Zoom 2 times'. 1x1 = 1. 1x2 = 2. 1.0x Zoom means the image just as it is... NO Zoom. A 0x Zoom would mean no image. 1x0 = 0.

Maybe an oversight on Samsung's implementation on how to describe the zoom, but that's what it is. Don't fear, your camera is not always zoomed in. 1.0x means no zoom.

As for Google Photos, not as of yet. A rollout is happening where your pictures are now appearing directly in your Google Drive, and there is an app to keep Drive folders synced to your PC (just like Dropbox).

When you delete a photo from your device, it COULD delete it from your cloud account. It depends on where you delete it. If you use the Photos app, it will tell you that if you delete the file it will do so in all backed up locations. But if you do it from the Gallery app, that only deletes the local file. If it was uploaded to the cloud, it's still there.

thanks for the respond!

which app should i use for the sync of the photos to my PC ?

I use OneDrive since my Office 2013 365 Home subscription gives me 1 TB for 5 users so might as well use it.....

I don't trust Dropbox as they look at your stuff.....

Trust me, MS is no saint. If you're really that paranoid about your data, then no 'public' cloud service would work.
