Why can I no longer watch videos after a cricket update for my nokia phone?

I currently own a Nokia 3.1c mobile phone, and a few weeks ago I received a notification on my phone. An undeniable 'cricket update' was sent to my Nokia phone, and I accepted. I had received these before, so it was no surprise. After updating, however, I found that videos could no longer play, the speakers had become so quiet that any and all audio was uncomprehinsible, and notifications rarely showed up or played their respective sounds. After a few weeks (coming up to right now), notifications have starting showing up more, and their sounds play about half of the time, but videos still cannot play. I also find it worth noting that videos CAN play when I have Bluetooth earbuds connected, but past that, there's nothing else I can do to watch anything. Also the phone has become a little slower. Any idea as to what the problem is?
