Why can I not turn my business facebook page into a shop?

We have tried several times to turn our facebook business page into a shop via shopify/ meta business suite. Every time we do so, we are notified it has sent an email for approval, however none of the email addresses tied to the business facebook, account owner nor any of the admins, ever receive an email to approve this. What can we do?

Double-check all the necessary options in both your Facebook and your Shopify accounts are enabled, it's a very multi-step task:

Go through each menu item, one at a time, and don't skip. Facebook has a solid history for vacuuming up data from other online services but being really crappy about sharing data with other online services.
