Why can I recive email but I am not able to send?

It looks like I am sending it but it doesn't make it to the destination.

What type of email account is it. Gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc? When setting up your email account, did you have to configure the incoming and outgoing servers manually? If so, the outgoing server address may be incorrect. Do you get an error message when trying to send an email?
