Why can't I access apps since update using data?

Can't access apps since update using data

Ever since I updated my phone, I can no longer use certain apps with just my data plan. At work, certain apps are blocked on WiFi. What do I do to enable my data to let me use these apps?

I guess you checked settings? I cant find it on my own phone now actually (Android 6.0) - But I think I remember a setting where some "data limitations" would be able to block certain apps and their data-usage..
