Why can't I access my hotmail account on new Samsung s7 ?

[Android Central Question]

I had Samsung galaxy tablet for 7 years and used hotmail with no problems. Since last week I have been unable to use it and I have bought a new Samsung tablet which has the same problem. Help...please. I have tried everything.
