Why can't I access the Google Play Store?

Can't access google play stor

When I open my google play store it always say please check your connection and try again.Then when I open my google setting and click on data management it say unknown issue with google play service.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Make sure you have the most recent Google Play Services version.
