Why can't I answer my Galaxy s9 phone?

[Android Central Question]

My phone rings, but I don't see anything on the screen, can't answer it. I have to hope the caller leaves a message, and I can call back. I can make calls OK. Help!

You using the stock Samsung phone app? Try Google phone app if same happens
