Assuming the Samsung email app is like most others, most likely not.
Spam processing normally happens on the email server, where the server decides which folder (inbox or spam) to put the message in.
The simple email app on your phone just syncs with the folders on the server.
Any spam processing on the client side usually requires the computing power of your desktop computer.
If you are using IMAP for the email protocol, you can go to your email provider's website and mark the spam messages from there.
