Why can't I call a specific number?

When I try to call this particular number it goes straight to voicemail but my daughter says there is no evidence of a miss-call? Any ideas?

Is it you to her? You must be blocked. Check her phone app settings and any call blockers she has first. Also, clear the cache partition and reboot. Good luck.
