Why can't I change my ringtone using audio profiles in Huawei Honor Holly ul-19?

i can't change my ringtone using audio profiles in huwai honor holly ul-19

i have huwai honor holly ul-19 phone from the last month i not able to change the ringtone using audio profiles, and with music player i can change but it is for both sims, any body have got any idea about this issue. regards,
