im having trouble charging my nexus 4

My lg nexus 4 never had a problem charging when I had the charger that came with it. Eventually it wore out so I bought one that was said to be for all lg phones. For a little while it charged but after a while it got to the point that it would only charge at a certain angle. It then just completely stopped charging it at all. So I went through and bought several different aftermarket chargers all for lg phones but none of the worked. Well I decided for a while just to not have a phone so I wasn't on a "leash" anymore. I decided very recently to go ahead and start carrying my phone again. I loved my nexus so I decided to just use it. I still couldn't get it to charge so I just figured it was a damaged port. I took it and got the port replaced because it was damaged. So I go get it REactivated and go home. Well I put it on to charge and it did ,very slowly, for a while. Now it has just stopped charging altogether once again. Ive tried four different lg chargers and none of them will charge it. One of them will charge it for roughly 10-15 seconds and then just stop without moving at all. So my question is does this sound like a phone issue or is the nexus 4 just really sensitive and will only charge with a actual nexus 4 charger like the one that came with it? Ive never heard anything like that but maybe that's the case. I really love my nexus 4 and would prefer to use it instead of going out and replacing it. So Ill be honest im just absolutely lost as to what this issue could be. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Re: im having trouble charging my nexus 4

Welcome.

My own Nexus 4 is not charger-sensitive. Yours must presumably have a faulty component or battery .
