Welcome to Android Central! As mentioned above, it could be an issue with the cable or the port. If you've already tried different cables that you know work for other devices, then the port might be the problem. Make sure it's clear of debris by blowing it out with a can of compressed air and cleaning the contacts with a small Q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol. Also see if the problem persists in Safe Mode: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-a320f-galaxy-a3-2017/faq/safe-mode/. If nothing works, then contact Samsung (if it's still under warranty) or bring it to a repair shop.
