Why can't I delete my Chrome browsing history from my Galaxy Tab S2, in one go?

I was able to delete my history in one go until a few days ago.
Now I have to delete sites visited one by one!

Welcome to Android Central! How are you trying to clear the history? Open Chrome, tap Menu>Privacy, scroll down, and tap Clear Browsing Data. That doesn't work?
