Why can't I delete Picassa photos from my Samsung S4?

[AC Question]

I cant delete picassa photos from my Samsung S4

I have gone into my google account and unsynced the 'picassa web albums'. I then went into application manager and cleared cache from Gallery. What am I doing wrong? Please help. Its sending me nuts
